If you’ve been here before, you should already know that I love matcha. I love its taste, its health benefits, the memories I associate with it, and the versatility of its flavor. I love it so much, our wedding theme was inspired by it. Actually, there are even more reasons why I love it, so I’m dedicating the entire month of May to matcha! All month long, I’ll be making an assortment of new matcha recipes to showcase my absolute favorite ingredient.
